Our PDFs are created with Adobe software and should be opened/printed with Adobe software. Pages printing in all black is a common issue for Mac users who either do not have Adobe installed or are not opening the files with Adobe software. Please try the suggestions below.
- Problem: Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed.
Solution: Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader (be sure to untick the optional offers): download here. - Problem: The PDF is opening with Mac’s default PDF viewer instead of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
