Speaker 1 (00:00):
In this video, I’m going to show you how to import your own PDFs to the pro school publisher. So to begin, we are going to click the button for import templates at the top of the page. This opens a pop-up window and you need to select where you want to save your PDF to your project library or your template library. And go ahead and give your new project a name. I’m going to be importing some Latin and Greek notebooking pages. I’m going to assign this to myself, the teacher, and then click the green button for choose the file. This will be coming from your computer again. It has to be a PDF for, in a PDF format, click open, and then import. And the amount of time it takes here will just depend on the size of your PDF. Once it’s imported, it will open automatically in the workspace.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
But now this is also saved. Let me just show you, I go back to the home page. I saved this to my projects. All right. So I want to click again, go back into the workspace. Now, an imported PDF is going to work the same way as the license templates from the pro school publisher library or the school template library. What you see on the workspace is actually in the background. And so you are not able to click on any individual elements of that page. It’s all in the background. However, you can add images and text and clip art. On top of this page, you are also able to work with any of the other elements just as you would, if you were working with any of our other licensed templates. So for example, in this recreating, a Latin root word study notebook. So I can click on page three here for the Latin words and use our duplication tool to duplicate this page as many times as I would like. And then the same thing for our Greek page. I could duplicate that page as many times as I would like. And then I could mix and match the pages or the page order over here in the sidebar. I could also add a blank page.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Now I move those pages around. I could add other templates from our libraries to this page, or, you know, other projects or templates of my own that I’ve created. I can mix and match those just like you could with any of your other projects or templates. So once your PDF has been imported in, it will act just like a, another license template

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Or project. And then once you are finished working with this click, save or click PDF to download and print your new project or template.
