How do I cancel a subscription?

PLEASE NOTE:
Installment plans are not subscriptions. An installment plan is an agreement to pay for a membership split over several months. As stated in the terms and conditions upon purchase, installment agreements cannot be canceled.

To cancel a subscription:

1. Login
2. Click Account (top right)
3. In the sidebar click Subscriptions & Installments
4. Click the View button for the subscription you want to cancel
5. Click the Cancel button

You will have access to the product until your subscription’s expiration date is reached.
