An overview of our online drag-n-drop editing program, the Publisher. Use the Publisher to customize notebooking pages, homeschooling worksheets, copywork, printables, planner pages, and more.
The pro school publisher web app is a PDF editing and creation tool designed for both teachers and students. With this app, you can design and publish printable projects for both home and school. Like no booking pages, reports, calendars, graphic, organizers, worksheets, spelling, pages, vocabulary pages. You get the idea. There are three ways to start your project. Number one, you can start from scratch with a completely blank canvas. If you don’t like the idea from starting from scratch, not a problem inside the app, you’ll find a growing collection of templates in your pro school publisher library, simply choose a template and get started. And then our third option is to import any PDF that you own into your account. Let’s say you have a set of notebooking pages that you like to add some text and images to perfect. Just upload it into the workspace and get started.

Our drag and drop editor is super easy to work with for both teachers and your students from the left sidebar, you can add text images, clip art and lines to your project. You can also manage your pages from the left sidebar, drag, and drop to rearrange the page order or add and delete pages. And then from the right side bar, that’s where you will customize the various elements in your workspace and their properties. And then one of our best features you can mix and match pages from other templates into your current project. So while you’re working in the current project, you’re able to browse other template libraries and then drag and drop new pages directly into your current project. Now, I have more than a few ideas for ways to use this feature, but we’ll share those in another video right now. I’m thinking portfolios does your state require a portfolio at the end of the year, you could create a portfolio project and then drag and drop pages from your students’ projects from throughout the year.

And to this one portfolio PDF that you can save and print and download for the year. That’s just one thought. I mean, you could also create a history notebook mixing in notebooking pages and timeline pages or maps and coloring pages. Or how about a science notebook where you combine lab reports and narratives, maybe some nature study pages or graphic organizers, or how about a personalized planner pick your favorite pages and pull them all together into one PDF to take to the copy shop. So dragging and dropping pages from any of your projects, whether you started them from scratch, you use one of our templates or you imported your own PDFs and then mixing those pages into your current project gives you so much flexibility
