If you are having these types of problems with Publisher, it is likely due to a device or browser incompatibility:
- can’t save or create projects or templates
- cannot upload images
- issues downloading or generating PDFs
Notebooking Publisher must be used with a computer or laptop (not a mobile device).
Publisher is supported by these browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
Publisher is not supported by Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
