I knew I wasn’t giving my kids the 'best of the best'.
Mom of 10 ... ages young to adult
After 6 years of homeschooling, I knew I wasn’t giving my kids the 'best of the best'. I didn’t want them to turn out like me, a great student who 20 years later, with high school & college diplomas in hand, doesn’t remember much of anything taught.
When we notebook our studies, quite frankly, the knowledge STICKS. Lightbulbs click and eyes shine! We have a growing treasury of their homeschooling journey.

These posts give you a glimpse of my path from doom & gloom to victory!
This website was recommended on a forum I frequent. I checked it out because I had just started using Tapestry of Grace and wanted some ideas. It was great to find out several of pages were free! I especially like the Basic pages - they are so versatile. I can't wait to use more of the history pages as we proceed through future years in Tapestry of Grace! Thanks for such a helpful tool in making learning more fun!
I wish I had found this site earlier! I signed up in the spring of 2012 and have used lots of pages since then! My five boys enjoy having ready made pages that are nice looking for their copy work! Makes copy work more bearable. My 5th grader is working through Intermediate Language Lessons and when he writes a story I type it into the Publisher and create a lovely page for him to add to his notebook. We use My Father’s World curriculum and this year as we studied Creation to the Greeks we found many beautiful and helpful pages to write summaries of Bible characters on in the free Bible pages. The animal copy work pages are just right for writing the morals from Aesop’s Fables. Anytime we need pages to copy memory verses or things from Language Lessons, it’s there. Or we can make it using the Publisher.
I have used your notebooking pages for several years now. I started with just the freebies for quite some time and then about a year ago or so, when the complete package went on sale I took the plunge and bought it. The Treasury is just icing on the cake. I use these pages for everything and cannot say enough about them.
We have been using the basic notebooking package to have the kids write recipes that they have enjoyed. These pages will eventually become a cookbook for them when they get married. It is also an adorable way of preserving their writing.
I have been using some of Deb's notebooking pages via CD-ROM from years past and am so excited that I was FINALLY able to purchase a Lifetime membership!
We have already put many of the pages to use. My kids are having fun exploring the Notebooking Publisher and making their pages look more “spiffy!”
Definitely worth the investment!
Thanks Deb for making this available. Your pages definitely help our day run a bit smoother while offering another avenue for creative expression and narration.
Being a Lifetime Member means never having to renew. It is always there for me. I can print out what I need when I want it and it’s already paid for! This is such a great idea Debra has worked so diligently on over the past years.
We study history chronologically in our homeschool. As we come to each president in our American History, we stop and spend a day or two learning about him. When we do this, we also do a notebook page on his wife. For this, we love using the Presidential First Ladies Notebooking Pages. My 15 year old daughter picks out which page she likes best and writes her summary on it. My younger children request the coloring picture page to color and add to their notebook. This set has made it very easy to quickly add in the First Lady to our president study, and the variety of pages allows me to use it with different ages of children. We love it!
I had heard about notebooking for years, but I just KNEW my kids weren’t that into taking notes. As we read history, for instance, I would mention things they needed to write down, and the response was moaning, groaning, and slow motion, then messy, if any notes. Last week, for science, I needed a skeleton page to label, and we had been studying the Explorers. I prayed, talked to my husband, and took the plunge. We purchased the notebooking treasury to save my time. I immediately printed off an Explorers page, a map, and 2 explorers pages each. The pages were met with colored pencils, immediate attention, and almost excitement. Even my 15 yo, who isn’t required with the younger few, sat down and did notes!! Lots of notes. They were engaged, asked spelling, dates, and listened. The 6yo kept up with the others, and had the cutest notes ever!! I’m surprised, and SOLD on notebooking ;)
Being a new Lifetime Member and an “older” homeschooling Mom (having married children, being a grandparent, but also still teaching younger ones), I would have LOVED having l this wonderful plethora of pages of “simplicity” at my fingertips years ago. But I am so very thankful for all the work Debra has done to make it easier for me now. I have already put some pages to “good use”… and have plans for lots more for the near future. As I share with younger moms….. keeping “things” simple is a key factor in opening the door to genuine learning!!
I have been using the “freebees” for some time. I have gotten a whole lot of mileage out of the lined papers and the science experiment papers. I have used several others as well. This is my 3rd year homeschooling, and although I use a curriculum, I use the pages to supplement what we are doing. In science, we use the experiment pages to take notes and create easy study pages. I use the history pages for the same purpose. However, I keep coming back to the site to find more pages as we advance in our studies. I am seeing so many exciting pages, for geography, anatomy, history that I kept longing for that weren’t freebees. I just jumped in today and purchased the lifetime membership, and my creative ideas are flowing. I can’t wait to use the pages in conjunction with our curriculum to enhance what we are learning, instead of just flying over the materials. My child gets excited about history, so now we can create a notebook of her favorite topics. The possibilities are endless! My only regret is waiting so long to become a lifetime member.
