I knew I wasn’t giving my kids the 'best of the best'.

Mom of 10 ... ages young to adult

After 6 years of homeschooling, I knew I wasn’t giving my kids the 'best of the best'. I didn’t want them to turn out like me, a great student who 20 years later, with high school & college diplomas in hand, doesn’t remember much of anything taught.

When we notebook our studies, quite frankly, the knowledge STICKS. Lightbulbs click and eyes shine! We have a growing treasury of their homeschooling journey.

My mission is to help YOU break free from busywork, burnout, and overwhelm
to find success and freedom for YOUR children.

Discouraged or frustrated with your current homeschooling situation? Please check out the posts below.

These posts give you a glimpse of my path from doom & gloom to victory!

The Doom & Gloom of Homeschooling (part 1)
We all have days (maybe weeks, months, even years), where we are plain worn out, discouraged, or frustrated with homeschooling. Homeschooling just isn’t working out like we thought it would (or should).
3 Homeschooling Myths that Trapped Me (part 2)
I have found that the things I am most passionate about are often the things that bring me the most overwhelm. Why? I tend to do everything I can to make my most passionate dreams a success and end up lost ...
Victory over Busywork, Boredom, & Burnout (part 3)
With these two tools, she said I could completely change the dynamics of how we homeschool. After six years of overwhelm, I was ready to try anything!

The [LIFETIME Membership] is such a great idea. I am enjoying having the flexibility to use any page available. My 9yo son usually avoids all writing/drawing, but has no problem with these notebooking pages. Thanks so much.

I love the treasury membership to Notebooking Pages. It is easy to create notebooks for each of my children. They can pick what they want their individual notebooks to look like even when we are doing the same subject. It saves me lots of time and energy!

We are loving notebooking! Let me just say it has completely changed our school for the better. Now the girls are really excited to "do school". I was about to give up even though I knew it was what God wanted us to do. School was just drudgery. This has breathed new life into our home and days. How could something so simple provide such relief? If you can't enjoy what you are doing, then, what is the point? We are so happy to be notebooking.

I first looked into NotebookingPages.Com when we started our Bird studies. I found out that they had a package for North American Birds. With the joy of how easy those pages were to use, I purchased the Presidents package next.

What makes Notebooking Pages better than your blank journal notebook?

Switching from a Worksheet based learning to Notebooking? These pre-created pages with beautiful images will help your student transition. Pages come with pictures, lines, and blocks to fill in what they have learned. It gives the structure for your student to know how much is ‘enough’ to write or draw. Giving a child used to worksheets a blank paper and asking them to ‘narrate what they learned’ is a bit overwhelming for most.

Starting a new theme or era? Having a Notebooking Page printed out and handy will give a frame for your narrators to build upon. I have one son who will fill out every section of the entire page. I have another who prefers to use the blank page as a guide as he uses his blank journal page. I prefer to use the NotebookingPages.Com page myself.

Need to work or volunteer outside of the home while the children work? You could have their reading assignments given and then have the NotebookingPages.com sheets printed out. This way they will know what to write. You could even print in a few key questions for them or jot down a few vocabulary words for them to look up.

I can’t tell you how comforting it is to know that we have access to the hundreds, if not thousands of pages at a moments notice. We used quite a few for our Ancients Study, for our Middle Ages study and for our Composers and Artists Studies.

We loved using the bird/nature journaling pages this summer when we were studying 24 different birds!

I came across notebooking shortly after I discovered lapbooking for my homeschooled children about 2 years ago. I came across your site and had been using your freebies until this past fall when I purchased the Notebooking Treasury collection...what a steal. This has saved me countless hours at the computer trying to either make my own or scouring the net to find appropriate notebooking pages for my kids...now that we are fully into copywork as part of our school routine these pages have been a blessing. The kids enjoy picking out their pages to their liking and it makes their copywork enjoyable, mind you I have a couple of kids who do not like to write, but love copywork! We have many loose pages of work in folders, some stapled, but not great in appearance. For the past 6-8 months I have looked at the ProClick binding machine and just can't get myself to purchase this at the cost they have become(very tight budget)...when I saw you were having this as your drawing this month, you could not believe my excitement. So here I am giving my testimony and wishing you, your family and this site many blessings. You truly have been an inspiration to me.

After many times of wanting to take the plunge, today I did just that. I bought the lifetime membership, and I’m so glad I did. I’m truly blown away by the pages and topics offered. It has got me revved up again and ready to dig in with my kids. I’ve already printed off pages and the kids have ran, dug out books and began researching so they can do their fun pages. Thank you for saving me time and helping my kids learn in fun ways. I believe learning that’s enjoyed is learning that stays. Keep up the good work and may God bless you for all your hard work. My kids ages are 15, 13, 9, and 8. They are all as excited as I am. The best part is I can print off the pages we need and take them with us everywhere we go.

My Husband got me the Notebooking Pages [LIFETIME Membership] for Christmas. I love it.

I was spending hours looking for pages on the internet or trying to make my own. Now I can just click on the page that the children like press print and it is ready to go. I have been trying to do a time-line for the last couple of years. The Time line sheets are so easy to use, customize, and make the kids time-lines look great and Daddy can see what they are studying.

And the new pages that are released at least once a month are an added and wonderful bonus. This month the vehicles were perfect for what we were studying with my preschooler. Thank you so much for such a great site at such an affordable price.

We have been using the basic notebooking package to have the kids write recipes that they have enjoyed. These pages will eventually become a cookbook for them when they get married. It is also an adorable way of preserving their writing.

I recently just signed up for the lifetime membership after seeing so many wonderful templates to use for notebooking. I had planned on beginning homeschooling my oldest daughter next school term; however, my husband and I decided to pull her out earlier. I was ready for next school year as far as planning goes, but I really had to scramble to prepare the remaining of this year. Notebooking, interactive notebooks, and hand-made products are things I had planned on doing… I was going to make up most of these on my own, but then I found Notebooking Pages! It just made sense to me to use what was already out there and just create my own where needed. Anyway, we have already used the templates and the publisher (which is awesome) for a report on Jupiter. My daughter was so excited to do this project on her own!
