Help with Setting Up

How do you keep your pages accessible for use? Do you sort through them, do your kids sort through them? Do you print them out and keep them in a file? I'm overloaded trying to figure out how to initial set up access to the notebooking pages and would appreciate hearing how everyone else organizes their pages for use in their schoolrooms.
