binding notebooks?
what is the least expensive but still attractive way to bind these notebooks? so far we have only used individual pages not done a whole notebook.

3 ring binders. Make up a beautiful cover page for the front of the binder and a spine label. Done!

Definitely 3-ring binders. You can find them cheap at yard-sales and from some public school teachers at the end of the year sometimes. (Voice of experience; my dh is a high-school teacher 
).
