Please know I do my best to answer technical questions as well as questions about your orders via our Support Center in a timely fashion. Emails tend to get lost in SPAM folders and with the bulk I receive it is difficult to keep them organized. So I appreciate you utilizing the Support Center in our correspondence to one another.

Your other comments, questions, suggestions, and even constructive criticisms are all read and sincerely considered. I may not have time to answer these individually. As you can expect though, I keep a notebook :) of these ideas and address them when working on our website, blog, newsletters, etc.


How to Download Your Order

Login at the very top right hand corner of the page. Once logged in, you will be taken directly into your account area to your downloads. Treasury Members will be directed to their special Treasury Download Center.


Account / Login Questions

Why isn't my email address working?

 

Situation 1: You have purchased products or a membership.
The email address used for your account is automatically set to the email address used during the checkout process. So if you used PayPal during your checkout, that is the email address that will be used for your log-in. You can change this in your "account info" area once you have logged-in. However, be sure that the PayPal field in your profile still contains the correct information so that any future transactions will apply to your account.

Situation 2: You receive our emails, but your email address is not working.
Our email list is separate from our customer account list, so you may be receiving our emails but be unable to log-in. To log-in to the paid portions of our site, you must purchase a product or membership.

Why isn't my new password working?

 

If you successfully changed your password and it doesn't seem to be working, most likely the browser you are using needs to be refreshed.

Try the steps below.

1) Log-out of NotebookingPages.com

2) Hold the CTRL key and press F5 (this will force the browser to reload the new information)

3) Log-in to NotebookingPages.com using your new password

How do I find your free notebooking pages & resources?

In January 2012, we reorganized our Free Notebooking Pages & Homeschooling Resources. This is now called the FREE MEMBERS AREA.

The FREE MEMBERS AREA requires you to create a free account with our website. You will need to be logged-in to download files. We needed to do this to protect our files from sites who were "stealing" them (as well as our bandwidth) by way of direct links.

After you log-in, you will be taken directly to your download area.

Where are your free charts?

We have moved our FREE "non" notebooking pages resources (aka our organizational charts, calendars, etc.) to our sister site MomsToolBelt.com.

Product Questions

How much room does the treasury take up on the computer?

 

As of 08-10-2011, the Treasury Files will use about 1 GB of space.

If you have room on your computer, I would download them to the computer. However, I would also highly recommend downloading/transferring the files to a USB flash drive (5 GB ~ $10) which would make the files easy to share between multiple computers in your home. If you would like to transfer the files to multiple flash drives (perhaps one for each of your children), you have my permission to do that as well. Our copyright allows you to use the downloaded pages/files with your own family and a single classroom that you teach (EX: a co-op class).

I just purchased a treasury membership. Must I download everything at once?

You have indefinite access to download links for files released before & during your membership period. More details below:

Notebooking Treasury Members receive full access to all notebooking pages products and freebies including monthly updates of new pages, content, and resources. Memberships to renew annually.

You may download files via the individual product pages found throughout the site or download all files in one location in the Treasury Member Download Center (see your Members Area at top of page).

Updates are dated in the download areas. Once your subscription ends (see your Access End Date in "Your Purchase History" in the Members Area at top of page), you will not be able to download any future updates, but you will retain indefinite access to all past links/downloads/products.

Do you have the assignment pages on your website?

Full Question:
On your "Binding your Own Notebooks" page, you show pictures of Quiet Time Journals and Assignment Books. I know of your Quiet Time Journal pages and have already used them successfully, but I couldn't find any pages for assignment books. I'm always having a hard time finding a calendar in the store that has enough room for me to write in assignments for each week and would love to create a unique book for each child instead. Do you have the assignment pages on your website?

Answer:
We have a few free downloads for homeschooling in our Free Printables, Charts, & Organization Tools section (under the Homeschooling Info tab). However, I have a full set of assignment & homeschooling pages available for purchase at our sister site MomsToolBelt.com in the Homeschooling Category.

How do I use a discount coupon?

In your shopping cart, there is a box for "Coupon Code". Enter your code into that box before proceeding to checkout. Only (1) coupon may be used.

How can I give a gift membership?

I purchased/renewed my membership. Where are my bonus items?

 

If you purchased/renewed a membership during a special promo period offering bonuses . . .


New members should receive an email with the link to bonus items within 1 hour of checkout. If you have not received your email, please send a support ticket requesting this information.

Renewing members should send a support ticket requesting a link to bonus items.

All bonus items will expire one week from end of promo period. Please download ASAP.

 

Troubleshooting

When I click a download link, I get a strange error page full of code.

2) Log-in to NotebookingPages.com

3) Re-download the file using the instructions given on the download page.

4) If you continue to experience the same problem, please submit a support ticket.

When I try to open or print a file, it says it is damaged, unsupported, or corrupt.

 

The file did not download correctly. This could happen for a variety of reasons.

  • Download speed too slow
  • Download was interrupted
  • User session timed out during the download
  • User is downloading too many files at the same time
  • High volume of website traffic downloading at the same time
  • Try the steps below.

    1) Delete the file from your computer.

    2) Log-out of NotebookingPages.com (even if you think you are already logged-out)

    3) Log-in to NotebookingPages.com
