That’s a tough question, Debra! I cannot remember how or when I first learned about Notebooking Pages – it may have been through Currclick (though that would have been before the name change) or it may have been through Harmony Arts. All I know is that it’s been a long time and I still enjoy the new ideas – love my membership!

  3. Shannon S says:

I honestly dont remember what blog I was reading when I found Notebooking.com, but I do know after reading about notebooking on your site, I decided to give it a try and LOVED it!

  6. RuthBlunck LeValley says:

  7. Melanie Utley says:

In my never-ending search for perfection, I stumbled across Mom’s Tool Belt. I thought I was buying that, but somehow in a sleepless mom stupor, I bought notebooking pages membership instead! Needless to say, we now try to notebook! =)

I stumbled upon your site after googling for examples of a mom’s control journal for home organization. I first clicked on passionatehomemaking.com to see her example & LOVED it (she uses your momstoolbelt printables). In her video, she tells viewers that she got her template from notebookingpages.com… and I clicked over to your site before ever finishing her video! I was hooked! I immediately ordered the momstoolbelt membership and starting printing covers & spines for all my notebooks in my classroom & kitchen. They look beautiful, and the moms who come to homeschool co-op at my home were all ooh-ing & ahh-ing over them yesterday! So glad I found you… and now to begin our notebooking journey! -Allison

  123. Jill J says:

Oh, that is a difficult question! I have been using these pages to some extent for years, but I don’t know how I came here originally!! I used the free pages for many years, most of them being the Old Testament and New Testament pages (I can’t remember what they were called–had Daniel, Joshua, etc.), then a bunch of other free pages here and there. I might have heard of you through a blog, or it might have been simply an internet search. I hate to be so vague, but it really has been years! Maybe 4 or 5 years or more? But it’s only been the last couple years that I have had a membership with access to all the wonderful pages.

    :-)
    Blessings!

Hello! I stumbled upon it while looking for homeschooling info. I plan on starting this August. I have been praying for a long time about this and He has made it possible for me to find an abundance of information, help, curriculums, etc. T

Thank you for all you do.

  125. I cannot remember how I stumbled on your site. My family had just started using the internet for resources in October of 2010. (That was when we also installed a landline! We had lived in our house since 1995 without a phone or the internet. Most people did not believe me when I said I did not have a phone.) I have visited the site often and am still considering a membership, but have bought pages through Curriclick. My older children prefer notebooking to labooking, and the two go together very well.

  126. MelanieWhite Mulrooney says:

I think I first found Notebooking Pages through a Google search. I tried a few freebies, loved them, and became a treasury member!

  127. Lisa Morris says:

Found you out at Currclick! Started using your products last year with MFW Exploring Countries and Cultures. Thanks for all your hard work. We love your pages :))

    Lisa Morris

  128. Teresa says:

I read about the ideas of Charlotte Mason in a homeschooling magazine and used the Internet to find out more information. Having been a public school teacher, straying from the traditional felt a little scary, but the ideas of Ms. Mason were things that I had always tried to work into my classroom! Now being in my second year of homeschooling, I have realized that the “workbook” approach is not necessarily what is going to work for our family. I then started researching notebooking, nature journals, etc. and came across this site. What a blessing! When you have no idea where to start, simple “how-tos” and free samples are a gift from heaven :) Thank you!

  129. DorothyCampbell says:

I have been in research mode on anything homeschool because I am just starting. So I found this site from another site or blog. I am so glad that I did because it is one of the reasons that I have decided to go with notebooking!

  130. Dee Bourgeois says:

I honestly can’t remember exactly how I discovered Notebooking Pages but pretty sure it was out of desparate searching/surfing for free materials because funds were non-existent. So, it was God who introduced me to you!

  131. Danielle Hull says:

This one is making me think! Hmmm… must be from Cindy Rushton!

  132. I first found Notebooking Pages through Jimmie @ the notebooking fairy website.

  133. Martha says:

I found Notebooking Pages several years ago when I wanted to find out what notebooking was all about. I really enjoy all your pages.

  134. I think I learned it from Cindy Rushton and received the Basic pages from Notebooking.com and have gone from there to get many more.

  135. Sheila says:

I can’t remember for sure how I found Notebooking Pages but I think it was on CurrClick. I have found other notebooking pages as well on the internet but this is my favorite by far!

  136. I first came across the idea of notebooking when I was reading an article on the Simply Charlotte Mason website. I was able to then find your website. I have been greatly blessed by your generosity in sharing your ideas and your pages. Thank you. We started making our notebooks and now am praying about buying one of the binding tools to put them all together. When our government inspector came last year and we were working out of workbooks, he made a comment about whether that was all we were doing! My daughters and I went to a school open day a little while ago, and would you believe it, they were doing notebooking there! So now I know that when the inspector comes this year, he will be very pleased with what he sees.

  137. FinnellaFlanagan says:

I think I heard about your great site through TOS, The Old Schoolhouse.

  138. DebraDeMarco says:

I was browsing the web for some ideas on a lapbook for the composer, J. S. Bach, and came across some notebooking pages for him. I was amazed at how much they had for the lapbook. The lapbook my daughter made came out beautiful. I love the 3-D books. Thank you, Debbie

  139. JenniferRea says:

I was looking into notebooking with our unit studies this March. I was skeptical at first, not knowing if it would work for us. I did a huge search and came up with a few sites that gave me direction. I kept coming back to Debra’s site though. The wealth of information was so helpful as was her personal stories. So, I started on the journey and my kids love it! I think they really don’t connect the idea between notebooking and school!

  140. JeanetteCleveland says:

A friend of mine was blogging about getting her “Planner” ready for the up coming year, she gave a couple of resources to check out that she uses to put hers together. I checked out Passionate Homemaker and she had a link to your site…I check out your notebooking site, then hopped over to Mom’s tool belt and bought my planner! Loved putting it together! Then set up a cookbook!
Most definitely……Thank you for all your hard work!

    Jeanette

  141. I, too, found your site by searching the massive information out there for notebooking in homeschool. I was able to take advantage of your special offer of 18 months at the price of 12! I have yet to make as much use of your wonderful pages as I would like – it is a learning curve – but I so grateful for all of your hard work.
    Many thanks.

  142. I don’t remember exactly how I came across the website. Probably while I was researching different ways to Homeschool. I just began homeschooling my son this year and it has been a lot of fun so far.

  143. Hmm…I have no idea now where I first found your website…I’m just really glad I did! There’s so much good information here, and I’m sure we’ll be using lots of it in years to come.

  144. Lisa @Me says:

Oh, wow. I don’t remember for sure how I found Debra’s site a few years ago. I *think* I “met” her through a Christian publishers list we are on together.

  145. Bao Tran says:

I went to the MACHE conference April 13-14 here in Minnesota and attended a workshop on notebooking by Cindy Wiggers. I was very interested in this method so did a google search for notebooking pages. Notebookingpages.com kept coming up and at first I ignored it because I don’t have a big budget for homeschooling and was looking for something free. But, there aren’t a whole lot out there so I decided to go ahead and register just to get the freebies. I’m still cautious and am taking this one day at a time ’cause I want to make sure it works for my family before I start buying too much. So far I’ve bought one basic package and I really hope my boys like it!

  146. CINDYWILSEY says:

I have been coming to your wonderful site for so long I don’t remember exactly what brought me here but I am sure it was from a homeschooling blog.

  147. KellyYarnell says:

I was looking for something to supplement a unit study with and ran across your pages listed on currclick.

  148. Dorinda says:

I just love Debra’s notebooking pages. We have been using them for two years now. I also have fallen in love with her Moms Tool Belt. I take the planner with me everywhere. I have two children with very demanding disabilities and health issues. Recently while at the scheduling desk at the doctors I received a wonderful comment on my planner. I shared where I got it from. Thanks Debra for all that you do!

  149. I first came to this site through a Squidoo lens I read.

  150. DeniceKienbaum says:

I just found this website last week. I was researching our local homeschool conference and saw one of the sessions would be on notebooking and Timberdoodle had mentioned notebooking when I ordered our curriculum for next year so I decided I needed to learn a little more about it. I googled homeschool notebooking and found this websites. The timing was perfect as we had just started working on our apologia astronomy notebooks and the kids seemed to come alive. I have already started making plans for implementing notebooks in our school. I have even researched the proclickbinding system and just won a box of spines off eBay, now I just have to get the tool. Talk about putting the cart before the horse, lol.

  151. Lisa Ybarra says:

That’s easy, on my bing search I typed in “best homeschool notebooking site” and it lead me here! So happy we found your site!

  152. JackyBlell says:

I found notebookingpages.com last Saturday!! I was doing a search of homeschooling with Charlotte Mason & found your site. I had never heard of notebooking so this is very exciting for me. Thank you, Debra, for freely offering all your experiences and information. Am hoping to soon purchase a subscription.

  153. Thanks to finding this site a few months ago, shortly after we became homeschoolers, I am now an avid notebooker, or I should say my daughter is. I too use it for my own projects. I’ve become an advocate, a huge champion of this style of work. I have purchased a Pro-Click and have been making some surprise projects of my own that I am going to share with Debra and others when they are finished. Debrah and others like her have inspiresd me, lit a fire in me that had burned out years ago when my health declined. I’m now on disability, but after watching Debra’s video I knew I had purpose again. I was actually looking for something completely different the night I found this site, but I was led here. Like I said and will say it again, God knew I needed to feel like I had purpose again, and the projects I create for my daughter and the time we spend talking and laughing while accomplishing our projects has put the shine back in my eye. Funny it truly isn’t the big and bold and grand that makes us feel like we matter and have purpose, it is working with our minds and hands, and passing that to our children. I’m grateful to Debra for opening her homeschool to us and sharing her brilliance, THANK YOU Debra!!!! God Bless, Kimmie

  154. ChildoftheKing says:

It has been so long ago I really can’t remember but I think either currclick or a homeschooling magazine!

  155. Angelique Johnson says:

I learned about Notebooking Pages from my dear friend & homeschool mentor, Stacy.

  156. justalifetime says:

  158. Cyndi Rodgers says:

Have known about you so long I’m not sure where I heard about you. I bought all your pages before you ever started the directory. We use them all the time and I still update from time to time. I love this new format. Even my oldest with dyslexia can do this. Great idea!

  159. AmandaMcElhaney says:

I believe that I first heard of notebookingpages.com through a homeschooling forum.
    Thanks!
    Amanda

  160. I found notebookingpages.com from a google search!

  161. Cindy Keller says:

I really can’t remember where I first heard about Notebooking Pages. I know that an online homeschooling friend recommended that I look into lapbooking and I think it was in my online searching for resources connected with that when I discovered your site. I know I’ve loved your site and materials from the beginning and it just keeps getting better!

  162. Murrayshire says:

This is our second year homeschooling. I found out about notebooking pages through the WTM and can’t wait to start using it in the summer and the rest of our homeschooling days! Thank you so much!

  163. Meaghan says:

I heard about your site from moms tool box blog.

  164. Suzanne Runyan says:

I found your site when I first began homeschooling 4 years ago, loved it and used a few things here and there… This year we began to use the Charlotte Mason method through Simply Charlotte Mason and this has been our best year yet!!! I found you again through TheHomeschoolMoms site of the week. Your site makes total sense to me now and I know what to use everything for!!! I will implement note-booking for all our lessons in the fall but am loving them for character, artist and composer study now!

Thank you for a wonderful site and resource!

  165. I found this site via Google. I heard about notebooking via the Sonlight forums and it sounded so interesting to me. My kids love what we have done so far and I’m always looking for new ways to add it to our school day. Thank you so much for this wonderful tool!

  166. Lisa Shipley says:

I still feel pretty new to notebooking. We just started homeschooling our 1st grade and 2nd grade child this past September. A friend let me know about notebooking.com and I’ve been experimenting with it by getting our 2 girls to notebook about their History, Bible & Science lessons, as well as getting them to do their Copy Work in their notebook. Right now it’s just 1 binder with several subjects, but it’s a nice start and I can see that we’ll be using a lot more notebooking as the girls grow in their experience with reading and writing and creativity! Thanks Debra, for putting all of this together. It’s really helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is having the option to order a pre-printed package of notebooking material for those who don’t have easy printer access.
    Thanks for everything you do!

  167. Suzanne Runyan says:

I blogged about your site – and posted on my Facebook fan page too. Didn’t see a place to share that so thought I’d put it here? I can’t thank you enough for this service that you provide!!!

  168. I found out about your website online, I think through a homeschooling site. I really like your website and would LOVE to become a full member. Hopefully some day soon, we can afford to do so. Until then, THANK YOU so much for the free pages! They’re wonderful!

    Blessings!

  169. I found you through Currclick, love them! I am intrigued by the work you have done and the possibilities it has to bless our home schooling journey. We will be starting with Classical Conversations next year and I plan on joining your site by then (if I have not won a membership) and using the resources to help with the CC lesson plans. I am new to blogging, my site is http://www.tamigrgas.com it is still in infancy stages ;) I will be blogging about your web site once I get it going and will also include a link to your site as well!

  170. Kameron says:

I am just learning about notebooking. I hope to start up next shcool year. I am really excited about learning all we can. Your website had been a great help.

    Thanks:)

  171. Rebecca says:

I can’t remember what site I found you through but I had been listening to a Cindy Rush talk on notebooking. It interested me so I googled notebooking and have been hooked on your site since then. I printed many of the freeebies for us to get started with. I can’t wait to see what next school year brings. Some day when the money is right I too want to become a full member of your site. Until then thank you so much for this wonderful site.

May God Bless you and yours.

  172. Kameron says:

I found out about this site via The Homeschool Mom and Currclick :)

  173. Gina Jolley says:

I really do not remember how I first heard about this web site. I think it is a great resource.

  174. DianaMalament says:

I think I have been subscribed to you since your very beginning! I have no idea, at this point, how I learned about you. It may have been through an Ambleside Online YahooGroup, or it may have been from Harmony Art Mom, or Cindy Rushton… I truly don’t remember!

  175. I first heard about note booking pages some years ago, but only recently decided to give it a dedicated try. This summer will be our first time truly utilizing notebooking. I am both excited and scared because I have a natural writer and another who disdains any kind of writing. I am hoping that even with her aversion that notebooking will resonate with her and encourage her to more readily appreciate and enjoy learning.

  176. Rebecca Bruce says:

LOVE this site. I think I may have “googled” it when looking for a specific notebook page. And oh, how I have wanted a Pro-Clik…….PICK ME …………PICK ME!!!!!

  177. K Gerrity says:

I do not even remember how I found this site — I think it was an email from a homeschooling group. It landed in my inbox at the right time, since I was searching for a better way (OK, any way!!) to organize all the bits and pieces of our unschooling voyage. Notebooking was our answer and the rest, as they say, is history (and literature, and science, and….)
    THANK YOU!!

  178. tamifigueroa says:

I read about it on the Sonlight Forums!

  179. JennPaiva says:

I’m not sure where I heard about your website! It may have been clickschooling, or it may have been simplycharlottemason.com. I’m loving what I have found though! We did our first science notebooking page yesterday. :-)

  180. Stephanie Cox says:

I received an email years ago about notebooking! So notebooking found me!! I am so excited for it! Happy Anniversary Notebooking Pages!! Stephanie

  181. ChristineHebert says:

I absolutely LOVE the Proclick binding tool! We use ours all the time, and like Debra said, not just for school! It is also a great tool for small business.

  182. ChristineHebert says:

Oh, I forgot to add that I don’t recall WHERE I first heard of Notebooking Pages. I know the first pages I used were free samples from somewhere and were probably from 2006 or 2007….

  183. Stephanie Cox says:

I have tweeted about the entries and this fabulous site!!
    Stephanie

  184. Stephanie Cox says:

I just talked to my grade level about your website. They are so excited to try notebooking in their classrooms. Thank you Debra! Stephanie

    • NotebookingPages.com says:

That’s awesome Stephanie! I pulled out a box of my childhood mementos recently (to show kids my rock collection from 1st grade) and guess what I found! Of all the book work I did from K-12, the things I kept tucked away in my little box were the creative pieces of writing & artwork I did for a special honors-style class I took in junior high. It was exactly the kind of thing the kids would do today for their notebooks! It was notebooking only I never put it in a binder LOL! Who knew! :) When I pulled out my small collection, I instantly remembered doing the projects and was so excited to share them with the kids. They thought it was totally cool of course to see mom’s personal handwriting and drawings about things that interested her twenty years ago. Interestingly, most of it was about bugs! Yep, mom’s still the same! I know at the time, this wasn’t considered “normal” schooling. It was an alternative classroom for kids who needed to be challenged and our teacher tried a variety of way to s-t-r-e-t-c-h us. I laughed because I remember how challenging it DID feel to do these projects — whereas, to my kids, this is just what we do. :) Anyway – hurray to you Stephanie for sharing this method with your school.

  185. I have been using Notebooking Pages for years and don’t remember where or how I heard about them.
There are so many pages that have worked for us and I love this site.

  186. Stephanie Cox says:

I am about to go like you, but would rather love your company on Facebook! Thank you! Stephanie

  187. I believe I found you through the Heart of Wisdom website.

  188. I think I found you through a search online some time ago. Thank you for these great resources!

  189. I am a middle school teacher and I found this website looking for a poetry assignment to help my 6th graders. I found many that helped me as a teacher and a mom. I love the Momstoolbelt too. I am putting mine together now and can’t wait to start using it, there are many pages and helpers to keep busy moms, like me, organized. Thanks for all your pages…..

  190. jgrussom says:

I first found out about Notebooking pages from homeschool freebie of the day. Love this site.

  191. MaryBrodeur says:

I found out about Notebooking.com a few years ago and just used the free pages for awhile. But soon ran out of things and wanted the rest badly. I become a Treasury Member this year and will continue to be so for the life of this site. We LOVE notebooking!

  192. I probably found your site shortly after it’s beginning, while I was researching homeschooling… but my babes were too young for schooling.
But I re-found Notebooking Pages after we started up about 4 years ago, while I was looking at Charlotte Mason! I might even had the site tucked away amongst my favourites to look at in the future :)

    Thanks for the continual updates.

  193. lessonthyme says:

I think the first time I found Notebooking Pages was on someone’s blog somewhere and I saved it in favorites. I purchased some of the History pages but didn’t do much with them until recently when I read some posts on notebooking from Harmony Art Mom. I was “re-inspired”.

  194. JohnneO says:

I found your site while searching for a way to do high school with notebooking. I loved it immediately.

  195. Karen Schultz says:

I have been desiring a pro click for soooo long!
    :-)
I have been a fan and user of your notebooking pages for over 4 years, probably 5 years. We have enjoyed so many of your sets! Love your new announcement.

  196. LisaWassmer says:

I honestly can’t remember where I first found out about this great website. I remember tying to find something fun for the kids to write on, but not sure if I found it from another homeschooling site or just by doing a search. I can say, that I’ve always loved it, and continually find more ways to use it in our schooling.

  197. LeesaChesnut says:

I found notebookingpages.com (I think) about 3 1/2 years ago. If I remember correctly someone on the Well-trained Mind (BeeHive) site was talking about it. I came to check it out and have never left! :)

I just got the pro-click, after hearing you rave about it, and I love it too!!!!! I made all the boys special notebooks for the summer with copywork and Bible verses, numbers and letters to copy, and cursive or print to practice. Each book was geared to the boy. I made them early as baby is due in 4 weeks and I wanted the other three to have something to do to keep skills up over the summer. LOVE it and can see that it will be VERY useful in the future.

Looking forward to all the changes on the site!
    Leesa

  198. Brenda says:

I found out by site, from one of your friends that who sold items from their site and your one of your sets was a gift.

  199. TraceyMasters says:

I came across your website a long time ago. I can’t remember exactly how. It might have been CurrClick, a google search, or through Epi Kardia. I am constantly searching the internet for teaching ideas and ways to make it more fun. I love using your notebooking sheets! Thank you so much!

  203. Samantha says:

I’m pretty sure I found out about your site from Jimmie at Jimmie’s Collage or on one of her Squidoo lenses.

Alphabet Copywork Pages
Floral Copywork Pages
(FREE) Bible Pages

I love your notebooking pages! I stumbled across your website a couple years ago when looking for some letter pages for my son to learn his letters with. I ended up ordering your ABC pages, as well as floral design notebooking pages for my daughter and have been very happy with the way their notebooks have turned out. I was excited this year to make use of your free Bible pages as we are using the Veritas Press timeline cards and the Bible notebooking pages have been working PERFECTLY for our narrations! THANK YOU!!
